How to gain weightWatch
I don't limit my food intake or anything so I wanted to know if there's a way to healthily gain weight? I want to look a bit healthier. I also wanted to start dance classes before just for fun (also would've helped me gain some muscle) but unfortunately the pandemic and lockdowns happened.
Ensure you eat more protein as well. To ensure it's not all fat, you can do some body weight exercises/ weight training to put on muscle. There's lots of videos on youtube.
It may be worth tracking your calories whilst you're trying to gain weight, just to make sure you're eating more than you need.
