Thought it could be helpful to set this up so that we can share information about the waiting lists as and when it comes and hopefully save us filling up the English Graduate Office inbox!
From what I understand, offers may be handed out to people on the waiting lists in early April (which is when offer holders need to respond (accept or decline) their offer and in the summer if offer holders don't meet the conditions of their offer. I also think that there are 6 people on the waiting list for the 1830-1914 strand - all of which I found out from emailing the English Graduate Office.
