UCAS update with no change

What does it mean if it says that the university made an update but it's still checking the application? I applied in September and it says under a university 'last updated 6th Feb' but it's still considering my application.

UCAS was down on the 6th Feb and from what I can tell everyone’s has changed to saying last update 6th Feb.
There’s no change to your application you just have to keep patient, good luck though hopefully you’ll get an offer soon!
