Morning I'm OK...but if I don't sleep after 2:30am I will be very depressed, feeling like wasted a lot of time.

I know it’s different for everyone and this may not work for you but I’ve started trying to go on my phone less first thing in the morning and setting up a nice morning routine. That way you look forward to the mornings instead and can focus on yourself more without distractions from your phone. Like if you enjoy reading try reading in the morning, or do some art, watch a favourite tv show, go for a walk (I do this and it is so refreshing in the morning, especially if you go early when not many people are out), cook a nice breakfast, or literally just do anything that relaxes you and that might cheer you up

I am never awake at that time so wouldn't know. If I've slept the night before it's rare I'm up before like 1 or 2pm.

I only wake up at 8am on Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's for online lessons. I only feel depressed if I know it's going to be a bad day or I hate the lessons.

Guys im starting work tomorrow need to be there by 9am omg then on other days 7am omg omg when do i sleep what do i do when do i wake up
