I’m currently in year 12 and I’ve been thinking about what to study in university. I know I want to pursue modelling, but I don’t necessarily need educational grades for it, only a portfolio (which I’m already working on). Because of this, I’m not sure what to study at university. Would studying a subject like psychology, for example, be okay ? Can I study a subject that is completely irrelevant to modelling ? Are there any aspiring models/models who have any advice ? Thank you !

If your not sure what to study and you don't need qualifications for it maybe you could do an apprenticeship in something you liked or get a job while building up your modelling portfolio.

Fashion degrees are the only relevant courses: https://www.mmu.ac.uk/study/undergra...se/ba-fashion/
Btw, dont try combining a degree and 'being a model' - you wont be able to skip off to work whenever you fancy. Do one or the other first.
