I really want to seek some kind of therapy because I have constant panic attacks, social anxiety and low mood. I’m worried that if my family find out that I’m getting therapy I will get punished which will just make the issues worse. This is made worse by the pandemic as it will most likely be online or by phone call and I don’t know if I will be comfortable speaking about my problems in a house with my family. Has anyone got any advice?

Most therapists will probably have experience in keeping things discreet.

Perhaps you could take a phone call on a walk?
You could also try doing it over text/webchat
