Hello! It means that you have a conditional offer from your University of choice, i.e. you will have a place if you meet a certain criteria for the course. For instance, a lot of Universities look for students with an ABB profile at A Level (although it is tougher for some areas and more prestigious universities). It is likely that they have expressed your target in UCAS tariff points - a lot of courses require around 110-120 points depending on what other quals you have
