i moved to Scotland in 2020 I'm 16 but ill be turning 17 next month will i be able to have a have a free uni education? But i understand that i have to live in Scotland for three years in order to be free but is there any other alternatives and also if i do start uni and it hasn't be three years only two will i have to pay for everything in the first year only and then the 2nd and 3rd and 4th years are free

If I’m not mistaken, you have to be a Scottish national for that freebie. So I don’t think so sorry to say. =(
