Hi, I've just been given a date for an interview for Environmental Science. I was wondering if anyone could give some advice or insight into what their interview was like, or how they're preparing
My advice is smile especially when you're under pressure. Explain your points logically. Be willing to change your arguement based on the interviewer's input but also defend your arguement when needed. Have a bottle of water that can't spill. Try and be relaxed and show your passion for the subject. Maybe have a question prepared beforehand to ask them at the end about anything relevant to your subject/course as this shows enthusiasm and willingness to engage. Do some mock interviews if you can as they're really useful - even from a family member or friend with generic questions.
