I assuming it's used for shock, but are other ways to express surprise or shock in German?

"Ich kann 40 kg Gewichte heben!" (I can lift weights of 40 kg)
"Ach komm, das ist blödsinnig!" (come on, that is silly)
It is also a used phrase for surprising moments:
"Manchester United hat gegen Sheffield United verloren!" (Man United has lost against Sheffield United)
"Ach komm, du wilst mich auf den Arm nehmen!" (come on, you are kidding me)
And it is a phrase to tell someone being a liar:
"Ich habe deine Vase nicht zerbrochen, ehrlich!" (I have not shattered your vase, honestly!)
"Ach komm, hör auf zu lügen! (come on, don't be a liar!)
