I keep looking at my belly and although I dont gain weight, I always think I look bigger around the waist everyday.

I weigh 84kg and am 6'6 male and apparently I'm a healthy weight but I don't think my body looks normal.

Does your body change when you reach your 20's? as ive been seeing more structure in my hips and waist area building up, as well as the abdomen (I think its called?) as this might have something to do with it?

As long as you can still see your penis without lifting your belly, you're good to go.

Mine did, I never looked like I was gaining weight but once I hit 25 it appeared out of nowhere. Happy little beer belly starting.
