How to link UCAS application to school?

I have already sent in my application with reference from my old school but as an individual, now I need to link it to my current school but in the Apply, there is no option to do so. Please help

Has your reference been added? Why do you want to link to your current school?

Check 'Options' - there should be a 'Link to School' and you 'll need your school's buzzword to do this.
As above, if you have actually submitted your application, its too take - you can't do this retrospectively.
