I don't think its confirmed that there will be but even if they are a thing, I highly doubt they will be online since the whole point of them is that the quality of learning isn't as good online so some people would need to catch up. Anyways I do hope they aren't compulsory since in my school, there have been live lessons for all of them and I've gone to all the lessons and everything so it would be unfair since I am doing the same quality and amount of work except for science practicals obviously! ;D

The problem is that we will not know if the supposed 'unlock' in June will happen until nearer the time.
If its put back, then the Unis running Summer Schools would then have to reinvent them as online.
They may decide to plan them as online anyway because that is simpler.
