I am doing an EPQ on John Von Neumann, but I am unsure as to how to phrase the question, any ideas?

if it's an essay, I suggest you start off with what you want to analyse/talk about him. Write a bullet-pointed list of things you want to talk about in your essay, and from there you can see what your mainly revolving around. E.g a lot of your bullet points seem to talk about computer science and the Von Neumann architecture, you could formulate a question saying 'How influential was Von Neumann in the study of Computer Science'.
