If there are a lot of researchers on a paper, do you reference them all?
If organisations are involved (obvz cant do format of eg Smith, A) so do you just put the company name?

You could use et al (meaning and others) when there are more than three researchers.
E.g. the list of researchers are (made up names): R. Alex, S. Bob, T. Cat, P. Snape, L. Beaker. With the year 2006.
For in-text citation: (Alex et al. , 2006)
For bibliography reference:
Alex, R., Bob, S., Cat, T., Snape, P., Beaker, L., 2006. etc.
From experience, I found it really useful to use the website: citethisforme (I used it for all my references and in-text citations)

For organisations, yes you just put the company name down, as long as you can't find the authour or editor.
