Generally by yourself, but you might be at a site where there is another student in a different setting.

I'm doing radiography here rn so not sure if it's the same for whatever course you're doing but for us it all depends on where the lecturers put you. I was put with one other person, some people were put in groups of 4/5 and some people were on their own. Tbh when you;re on placement t you don't get to see the other people that you're with very often as you usually get different lunch breaks from each other and my be situated in different wards/departments
