I have left full time employment to start a uni course. I live with my wife and 4 children. My wife's earnings for 2018 -19 were 14500. I have childcare costs of 200per week. Are we likely to receive help from student finance?

To receive the maximum amount of PLA your income needs to be under £14,910 so as you state your household income is 14.5k you should receive the max which is £1,766.

To receive the maximum amount of childcare £15,531.88 your household income needs to be under £11,118. With a household income of £14500, you should receive a childcare allowance of around £12,149.88
