hi, before this lockdown I had my mock exams. After our papers were marked i was called into the office and was told that i have to retake my exam because i “memorised the mark scheme” and therefore cheated. I can assure that this is not true at all and i received the grade i did due to revising every single chance i got. So, i’m wondering if the teacher can actually make me retake my exam with the argument that i cheated by memorising the answers?
Thank you in advance

Edit: They have absolutely NO evidence of me cheating, they simply think i did.

If you refuse, I imagine they will probably just phone home, or record the score as a 0.

Either way, if they believe you've cheated on the test, I would expect that they won't use it as evidence towards your teacher assessed grade, so it's in your best interest to do a retake so you have more potential evidence for them to use to award you a grade.

They can't force you but what good is going to come out of not redoing it

Accept or they'll disregard that mark ... what is there to lose?

Ik it sucks but surely you can get a similar mark if you retake and prove them wrong.
