hi, before this lockdown I had my mock exams. After our papers were marked i was called into the office and was told that i have to retake my exam because i “memorised the mark scheme” and therefore cheated. I can assure that this is not true at all and i received the grade i did due to revising every single chance i got. So, i’m wondering if the teacher can actually make me retake my exam with the argument that i cheated by memorising the answers?
Thank you in advance
Edit: They have absolutely NO evidence of me cheating, they simply think i did.
Thank you in advance

Either way, if they believe you've cheated on the test, I would expect that they won't use it as evidence towards your teacher assessed grade, so it's in your best interest to do a retake so you have more potential evidence for them to use to award you a grade.

Ik it sucks but surely you can get a similar mark if you retake and prove them wrong.
