Well, it could technically be classed as an sti. The same fungus can cause Tinea cruris aka. "scrot rot". So presumably you could get that from foot to genital contact.

Hi, yes I am a foot fetishist. It is meant to be one of the most common fetishes going, but I never really seem to find any other than myself.
