liverpool institute or bimm? 2021

Hi! I have received offers for both Bimm manchester and LIPA to do a BA in music (voice), but i am very confused which is better as an institution. I’ve heard mixed reviews about LIPA, some loving it, some not so much. whereas people have mostly enjoyed their time at BIMM.
if anyone has any thoughts on these institutions (regardless of course) that would be very helpful!
