I am currently studying Public services and I will have two A levels and a Btec. Will I be able to study law at cambridge, Oxford, or any other from the Russell Group, or even study law at any university?

You'll have to look at the general entry requirements for each individual university to know if they would accept your qualifications or not

Oxford / BTEC - https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/unde...qualifications

RG Unis may accept an appropriate BTEC certificate qual, but usually only along with with 2 A levels in relevant subjects - you'll have to check on each Uni website, or email and ask them.
