CH3CH(OH)CH2CH3 + [O] -> CH3COCH2CH3 + H2O
CH3CH(OH)CH(CH3)2 + [O] -> CH3COCH(CH3)2 +H2O
CH3CH(OH)CH2CH2CH3 + [O] -> CH3COCH2CH2CH3 +H2O

i think its that easy lol. Assuming ur in year 1 of alevels and not year 2

Basically, primary alcohols can be oxidised to aldehydes then carboxylic acids, depending on presence of potassium dichromate

Secondary alcohols oxidised to ketones
And tertiary alcohols dont oxidise at all. Also google it
