7? I've never heard of anyone doing it less lol. I wash my hair every other day though

the best would be every single day i would shower but on the 3rd day i would wash and shower so you feel refreshed and clean and don't feel ashamed of others smelling you and you don't want no one to like you because of your smell sooo......

shower 1 or 2 times a day
if i shower once in a day, i wash my hair twice in one shower because my hormones r ****.
if i shower twice it's a three-four washing hair... it's bad ik but i hate grease 😂

minimum 14
2x each day, after having dinner and after waking up.
Maybe another one when I come home after going outside,

Anything between twice a day to every other day depending on how active I've been (still wash certain parts of my body even when I don't have a full shower though)
