Can you negotiate rent for student accomodation?
If I'm signing early for 2021/22 student accommodation (think unitestudents/host/iQ/etc...) do I have any say in getting a small cut off the rent because it's so early? Or are rent negotiations only possible for private housing (i.e. directly with a 'landlord').
You can try but it’s incredibly unlikely
