    Yeah reprogramming IMEI numbers is highly illegal, but it's not something you'd ever need to do...

    dont bother looking for places to pay for unlocking. i unlocked noth my Nokia 7600 and my new Samsung D500 jus by entering a few numbers. i'd tell you what they are but it wud cost ya
