- Create a to-do list every evening / morning of the stuff you need to do for work.
- Give yourself time limits, e.g. 1 hour to type up these notes.
- Ask yourself these 4 questions when it comes to the activities you're doing:
- Can I eliminate this task?
- Can I automate it?
- Can it be delegated / can I teach someone else how to do it?
- Should I do this task now or can I save it for later?
