Well why would you not stick to that? You have to give an equal amount of time to each part of your life otherwise it would feel unfair?

Here are a few tips you may find useful:
- Create a to-do list every evening / morning of the stuff you need to do for work.
- Give yourself time limits, e.g. 1 hour to type up these notes.
- Ask yourself these 4 questions when it comes to the activities you're doing:

- Can I eliminate this task?
- Can I automate it?
- Can it be delegated / can I teach someone else how to do it?
- Should I do this task now or can I save it for later?

Yeah, you can try and stick to this schedule by saying "I'll finish work at 17:00", and not going over it. If you do this, you'll ensure you get some rest time.
