Erm math error?
Solve? Simplify? This makes very little sense. It's just an expression.
Mathematica can expand it to this:
Log[Log[10]]+Log[Log[X]Log[Log[10]]+Log[Log[X]]]Log[10]\frac{-\text{Log}[\text{Log}[10]]+\text{Log}[\text{Log}[X]-\text{Log}[\text{Log}[10]]+\text{Log}[\text{Log}[X]]]}{\text{Log}[10]}
That's assuming you meant Log base 10...the logs above are all to base e

log(x^x) = xlog(x)
log(xlog(x)) = log(x) + log(log(x))
log(log(log(x^x))) = log(log(xlog(x))) = log(log(x) + log(log(x)))
