aerobic respiration requires oxygen whilst anaerobic respiration doesn't
The products of anaerobic respiration includes lactic acid due to the lack of oxygen whilst aerobic respiration has enough oxygen, therefore doesn't produce lactic acid.

Those are the things that I can think of from the top of my head.
