Hey there! I want to go to a state / grammar school boarding 6th form but I don't really know where to start looking as I've only been at once school my entire life.

Well I went to two state boarding schools.

The Royal Alexandra & Albert school and then for sixth form I went to Lancaster Royal Grammar school.

I’d say grammar schools are probably better than normal state schools.
