I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this 30 marker scenario question? I've worked out how to get the first 10 marks, but am struggling on the next 20. The scenario is:
"Sergei is driving his car at speed. Dasha, a pedestrian, has to leap out of Sergei's way and she falls over, suffering cuts and bruises.
Adrian, a passer-by, helps Dasha to her feet.
Dasha's boyfriend, Miroslav, sees Dasha fall. He runs over and shout at Adrian 'Let go of her or die".
Miroslav drags Sergei from the car and kicks him repeatedly, breaking three od Sergei's ribs"
The questions are:
Advise how the law relating to non-fatal offences against the person will apply to Miroslav (10 marks)
Advise how the law relating to non-fatal offences against the person will apply to Adrian (10 marks)
Any help will be very much appreciated, thank you!!
