Flirting or Friendly?

Well guys Ive been working with this guy for about two weeks now...we have always been saracstic with eachother and have always been confortable around one another. Tonight it was chill and i didnt have a jacket he let me wear his. He said to get in his car because it was cold and so i did. Well then I had a ride and he went to leave but he came back into see if my ride was coming or not because if this person stood me up or didnt take me home he said he would give me a ride...We had a great long conversation before that using eye contact he said he was single and then we talked about family... My main question is though is flirting or is he just being friendly??
