what does it mean when a course gives the both BM and BCh? Does it mean that I will get two bachelor degrees?

Are you referring to medicine? It means the same thing as MBBS which is just one degree.

yh medicine as graduate entry. It says that it gives the both "BM BCh",

so MBBS = BM & BCh, right?

Yep, so some medical schools have it as MBBS and some as MBChB and other variations - they all mean the same thing which is a medical degree qualification.
