What Household Income should I use?

When going to university I will be living away from my parents, but not in student accomodation. Me and my partner (not married, and he is working not going to Uni) will be living together in one household, so do I use the income of my parents or the income of my partner?

If you are under 25 and don't meet one of the criteria listed below then your household income is your parent(s)
- orphaned
- irreconcilably estranged from your parents for over 12 months
- married
- have a child/children
- have proof of financial independence for 36 months prior to the start of the course
