No. Its very weird what a 16 year old would see in a 13 year old. Those ages have a drastic difference in maturity levels.
Seems a really bad idea, that's a huge maturity difference and I'd say no
No. So when he's 18 you're going to be 15/16 and that'll be illegal so no. There's a big difference between 14 and 16

As a whole no, ages are not the best. However i started dating my BF at 14.5 when he was 16.5, however we've know each other as friends since we were both 8 & 10. We've been together 4 yrs. The weirdness from others eventually left after i was 16, no one cared (which is maybe not great haha).

14 is still quite young.
You haven't even started your GCSEs yet and he's either in or about to be in college. So no.
