Which one should I pick? I'm really confused.
Law is more employable imo but LSE has greater prestige.

Go with the course you're more interested in. Grades > course. A First in a non-Law course will usually beat a 2.1 in a law course.
Law is not 'more employable' and any extra prestige LSE in your mind has is irrelevant. Law firms see them as equally good and a sign that you're academically able. Chambers will see both as non-Oxbridge RGs (assuming that they care about university name and give each candidate marks on that basis - they may not).
