I palled for foundation engineering which required 3 B’s which. I do have.
I recently started foundation medicine and after a lot of tears and struggle I realised medicine wasn’t for me (it was a bitter pill to swallow considering I’d wanted it for so long)
Queen Mary’s courses was the only uni (that I personally think is at least decent in London) that does engineering without the requirement of maths a level
(I was going to sit maths a level this year but it got cancelled)
I have a feeling they rejected me because of that (the fact that I’m studying a different course)
Idk what to do now
I emailed to ask but I’m lost and devastated now

Decisions are based on more than just your grades.
Your overall application - GCSEs, A level grades, PS and reference - will all have been assessed, and your overall score ranked against other applicants. Clearly you didnt rank as high as other applicants, hence the rejection.

Also they look at you as a person, your personality etc and if you would fit in at Queen Mary. They simply didn't think that it was the right fit for you or them.
