What do you need to become a therapist: What a-levels and degrees should you do? Where and how do I do my training to become one?

Psychology alevel and degree, possibly even a masters. You could do a placement year in your degree to gain experience, plus a lot of the employers for placement years will give job offers for after you graduate.
