10 year route leave to remain

Hi Isaac, I'm on a ten year route visa, I have to renew every 2.5years but I have lived legally in the UK over 3yrs with partner and children. Do I qualify for student finance pls

In order to determine your eligibility, please confirm:

1. Which university and course you are looking to start your studies with?
2. How old you are.
3. Your nationality
4. Any previous study and qualifications you may hold.

Computer science with cyber security with foundation year
I'm 31yrs
Nationality is Nigerian
And previous degree overseas BSc economics.

As you already hold an Equivalent Level Qualification you won't be eligible for funding for another level 6 course.
With leave to remain status you need to prove you have lived in the UK for half your life or 20 years.

Based on the information you provided, you are not eligible for funding unfortunately.
