When it comes to solely general rankings Bath is "better" and queen mary is a russel group in London where it is easier to make friends from not only at your uni but other unis also e.g/ KCL, UCL ,ICL Greenwich etc..... but it is up to you and your gut feelings (: it is more important to choose a uni that u will excel in and get a 1st than go to a popular uni and do not so well because of many reasons. ! check the uni ranking based on your course ask students that attend uni etc good luck and well done if u got those offers.
