(Psychology Conversion) University of Edinburgh vs the rest

Hello!

I plan to start a master's degree in Psychology in 2021/2022. I hold a few offers for conversion courses in psychology (as I come from a non-psych-related field) and I am wondering which one to choose. So far, I received conditional offers from such universities as the University of Edinburgh, the University of Stirling, the University of Dundee, and the University of Plymouth. I am an international student, and English is not my first language, therefore I am wondering if I will be good enough to study at such a prestigious university as the one in Edingburgh. Here is my question. Is studying at Uni of Edinburgh significantly more intense in comparison to Dundee, or Stirling? Are exams more difficult?

I have also received from Dundee and Stirling but I have put aside Glasgow.
And I don’t want to go to Edinburg as it focuses on mental health therefore with no background in psychology I want to explore all parts of it so I have ruled out Edinburg.
And now I am confused between Stirling And Dundee as Stirling gives placement but Dundee has hood name.
