Depressed and now mocks are next week. Haven't been able to do any revision and mental health doesn't exist in my family. What should I do as now I probably won't get the grades I need for sixth form

Hey sorry to hear you've been having a rough time. I would say try talking to your friends and see if they can help you in any way. Meanwhile try not to worry too much about your mocks, if the knowledge is in your brain you ahould be fine. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply, I don't really have many friends and those that I do would just make fun of it. The reason im stressing is because I don't even know most of the content for mocks

What mocks are you taking? Like what subjects? And if I'm being completely honest with you, if you're friends would make fun of that, then you deserve better friends

we are literally living the same lives. I don't know like 90% of the content thats gonna come up in my mocks too and yh my friends are great either and mental health who? in my family we've never heard of it. I'm in y10 so hopefully ill be able to pull up my grades by then. Goodluck!! hopefully we both get the grades we want sorry for my spag im stressing out right now and wanna jump of a cliff tbh.
