Idk any tutors but econ plus Dal on YouTube saved my class, and investopedia, economics help, Seneca and khan academy are really good websites 👍

Personally i didn't like uplearn for economics, but my friends love it. You have to pay for it, but it's much cheaper than a proper tutor. There are also some good youtube videos which can help explain like econ plus dal
