Fees inquiry

I am Scottish and I have applied to Scottish universities. I received unconditional offers but they don't say anything about tuition fees. Does that mean they automatically took me as Home student.
I am worried if I accept a university then later on change the fees information that I will then have no way out.

When you apply for student funding, ensure that you tick the box that marks you as a Home student so you can have your fees paid for by SAAS.

Yes SAAS is not the problem. The problem is the University has not clarified how they have categorized my tuition fees. Like they just sent me unconditional offer but nothing about tuition fees. I heard sometimes they get the tuition fees wrong so I have to make sure before I accept the offer.
