I have applied for a job at Iceland food and the application deadline was 4 days ago but they haven't reached out to me and also I logged into my Iceland careers account and it still says my application is in progress.What does that mean?
Could it be that my application is unsuccessful?

If it was unsuccessful it would say so.
In progress means they are processing all the applications.
