I have applied for a job at Iceland food and the application deadline was 4 days ago but they haven't reached out to me and also I logged into my Iceland careers account and it still says my application is in progress.What does that mean?

A few friends have, they received their job offers 11-15 days after the application deadline.

Might well be collating all the applications, and arranging a meeting to discuss all the candidates.

Only complaint I've heard from any of them was about limited training.

The quantity of new recruits probably vary according to local area, job role, season and staff turnover.

HumbleBee_xI don't have much experience either but may I ask what did you put on your CV in order to make it stand out since you didn't have any previous 'Retail' experience?

Iceland seem to be recruiting all the time, must have a high turnover, always advertising for delivery drivers. Whats the delivery driver role like?
