There's no point in doing unpaid work if you are sure that you won't enjoy it.

In this instance your feelings are the most important. If you wish to be polite, write the charity an email thanking them for the opportunity.

Write an email to the manager to say you want to leave and don’t forget to be greatful for the opportunity they have offered to you voluntarily.

Keep at it, build up the experience - apply for other roles and then hand in your notice once you've secured an offer elsewhere.

Just email in thank them for the opportunity and explain you will have to withdraw from the position.

What does TCD stand for?
TheCrazyDoughnut.

Or.... if we’re going medical Transcranial Doppler (TCD) 😊

You’re welcome.

Assuming you are who you say you are, I would be crying rn about my missing reps.
Why is everyone concerned about my reps? I’m not here for the reps. Chill. 😊

I’m not bothered honestly.

Only the true TCD would say that (or a scarily good imposter) .
Lol. You keep crying over reps. 🙈 I’m here trying to persuade people to choose healthcare as their career choice.

Find a place you like and email them. Most places I know value having someone there for free!

The real answer is stick it out for a month then decide. You cannot really judge by one day. Of course it was stressful and tiring completely normal for a first day in new job. Some grit less snowflake required.
