NHS interview for data analyst: want some advice on questions (CAR)

Hi,

I read the interview process and they mentioned they will use car/star modelled questions based on their values.

Their values are: respect, every contribution counts, patients first, responsibility & accountability, safe and quality care.

Just wondering what kind of questions to expect on respect and accountability.

I did experience in accounting, and customer services with degrees in business and mechanical engineering, and so a good outline on some answers would give me a good starting point for myself tomorrow.

Anything else I should do to "wow" them, or any insightful questions I should ask?
