Men should be banned from being outdoors after 6pm. This measure will certainly reduce violence against women by men and will make the streets a lot safer. Most crime is due to men behaving very badly.
To be honest not all men are aggressive and not all men are murderers and rapists. Some of them are however and hence it is wise to quarantine or lockdown (a more applicable term in our days) the entire population of men after 6pm.
I also propose a certificate of good character that all men should have before let's say entering a restaurant, a bar, a pub, or going to the theatre and the cinema, obviously before 6pm unless he has special permission by the authorities. It could be issued by the Police or the Local Council and in which it will be stated that the specific male is of good character, he is not involved in any illegal activities and he is not known to be violent against women with no criminal offences recorded against him. More like the DBS someone has or previously known as CRB, before entering a classroom to teach.
We need such great ideas every now and then as our society is morally deteriorating.
I forgot to mention that men must be also checked for any sexual offences that they may have committed in the past.
Women must be very vigilant and look at every move a man makes. Does a man in a pub or bar looking at a woman? That could be suspicious behaviour. You may say he wants to socialise or flirt with her. But how do we know that he is not thinking of something else?? Report him to the police or ask the bar manager to see his certificate of good character and that he is not an offender. And remember: Not every male is aggressive and a potential criminal. But we all need to be sure first..

Those males create most of the problems in our society. Hence a society dominated by women or even a society where no males exist would be the prefect society.
A perfect society indeed! And a perfect religion to accompany this perfect society such as Islam. Actually the version of Islam where males don't exist at all.

Besides, just because you give someone advice to avoid becoming victim of a crime doesn't mean you then think they're to blame or the criminal is off the hook.

The current lockdown only works because you know it isn't permanent. If the government said they would keep lockdown forever, there would be riots.
