Hi everyone,

I am conducting a qualitative study exploring online mindfulness practice and academic stress amongst undergraduate students. This study is being conducted as part of my Psychology degree.

After completing the online survey, you will receive an email with information on starting the 21-day sessions of mindfulness and then be invited to a short online follow-up interview.

To participate in this study you must be an undergraduate student or have been an undergraduate student who has experienced academic-related stress and must have access to a smartphone device.
