As a guy, I quite like it when a girl offers to invite me out somewhere, or join her for some activity.
Rarely happens though, as it's seen to be a guy thing to ask the girl out for a date.
With all the change that's going on (cancel culture nonsense), there should be more girls asking guys out for dates.

Hi there.

Every man is different. What do you know about this man? Are you sure he would be okay with you making a move?

If yes, what does he like and all. You could just go to a place he likes or somewhere else. A place where you would just say what you have for him. I think you should just do it naturally. (unless of course you know he is the type who likes to be wooed)
